They also offer versatility by changing the direction of the winch cable, enabling towing from various angles without straining the winch or overloading the vehicle’s anchor points.

Vime Winch Options

HEAVY DUTY ROLLER FAIRLEAD

Extend the life of your cable, improve safety and efficiency, and prevent damage. Meticulously engineered with two horizontal rollers and two vertical rollers made of hardened steel to prevent rope wear, and a zinc-plated chassis that is sealed for protection from harsh environmental elements.

COUNTERBALANCE VALVE

Improve safety and load control by smoothly controlling the brake system. Made with black anodized aluminum to prevent oxidation and lateral hydraulic connections ports for easy accessibility.

FREE SPOOL CLUTCHES

Winches are equipped with a Manual Free Spool Clutch. For vehicles with an air supply system, add enhanced safety and durability with an optional Air Free Spool Clutch. The dual action air cylinder, built with an aluminum body, quickly engages and disengages the spooling drum for faster response times and safer operation.

SPRING CABLE TENSIONER

Safely maintain full pulling power by keeping the cable tightened on the drum, even in free spool mode. The Spring Cable Tensioner is designed with heavy springs that apply progressive pressure on every rope layer. The easy-to-maintain design is fully dismountable and features a rust-resistant copolymer acetate roller and a zinc-plated cable tensioner chassis that is sealed for protection from harsh environmental elements.

PNEUMATIC CABLE TENSIONER

Maximize pulling power with more safety and minimal rope wear, even in free spool mode. The Pneumatic Cable Tensioner is designed with a heavy bracket, rugged lever arm, hardened steel bar, and two reinforced air cylinders for dependable tension and control.
